If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns of most items within 60 days.

For pillowcases, we accept 100 days return upon receipt.

  • Print out the Return Form.
  • Place all the items you want to return in your package. 
  • Include the Return Form that printed out with your shipping label in the package.
  • Find Fedex/ DHL or any shipping carrier and schedule a pickup at your package.
  • Give your tracking number to our customer service. (This will reduce the time needed to process your refund.)

 

Please Note: Due to current order volume, please allow for extended processing and delivery. Returns and refunds processed during this period will also be delayed.

The following exceptions to the above policy apply:

- Used Products 

- Silk Face Mask/Coverings

- Customized Items

- Gift Wrap Boxes

- Gift Cards/Free Gifts

 

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed. Once your return has been received and weighed by the carrier, please allow up to 7 business days for it to be processed. Once you receive a refund notification, the refund will show on your credit card in a few days.

 

Return Shipping

Original shipping charges are not refunded when the order is returned.

1. Currently, we are unable to offer a free paid label.  For product returns that are not a result of a SilkinBed error, the return shipping fee will be at customer’s own cost.

2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We kindly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in case your package goes missing. Missing package is not eligible for returns.

 

Looking to exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange your item for another size/color/style, etc., we ask that you proceed with a return and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive.
