Where do you ship?

Currently, we can ship to the continental U.S. and most international countries. Orders over $60 ship free within US States and Canada. Orders shipped to other countries for $30 shipping fee and order over $60 qualify for free shipping. However, for remote areas, an extra $50 shipping fee will be charged as the delivery services are only limited to certain carriers which makes the package hard to deliver in some countries. Such as Unieted State(Hawaii, AK), Canada (BC) and so on.

Please kindly noted that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.

As a note, local taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information

Preorder Items: If you preorder an item, your entire order will ship together when the preorder item becomes available. We will not ship your items separately.

How To Change My Shipping Address?

Please email us at silkinbed@gmail.com first to submit your ‘changing address’ request.
Generally, we can only update your shipping address before shipment. To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.
We are unable to cancel an order after shipment. Please keep an eye on your order status to make sure you can receive your order. 

My order shipping information hasn’t  updated?

After we successfully dispatch your order from our warehouse, it takes some time for the shipping carrier to provide an update of your package. Once the carrier updates the information, you will be able to track your order status. Use the link below to track your order.
